The client will begin by scanning the front of their ID. The camera will automatically capture the image once the ID is properly positioned. After capturing, the client can review the image to ensure it is clear. If the quality is poor, they will have the option to retake the photo. Once satisfied with the image, the client can proceed to scan the back of the ID, if required. For passport verification, only the front needs to be scanned.
